Isaiah 61

from Water, Wind, Wine Ministries's Podcast · host Water, Wind, Wine Ministries

In this session, I cover the later verses of Isaiah 61. The entire chapter of Isaiah, however, teaches us who we are in Christ and what our mission is. Here is a link to the podcast I did on the first 3 verses of Isaiah 61https://www.buzzsprout.com/823768/8594070-isaiah.mp3?download=true In this session, however, I share with you that each believer in Jesus Christ is a priest- regardless of whether their religious affiliations call them one or not. {Verse 6}. As priests of the Most High, we don’t have to put up with shame, confusion, or depression. God has replaced each of those things with double honor, an abundant portion, and everlasting joy. However, just because God has given those things to us does not mean that they automatically come to pass. On the contrary, we are required to take control of our emotions and walk in rejoicing daily. It is wonderful to be saved and that in and of itself should elicit joy and praise. However, God has also bestowed upon us, righteousness and praise from people everywhere! This should certainly encourage all of us to be bold in our priesthood!  Don't forget to like and subscribe! Thanks for tuning in.Be blessed to be a blessing!Check us out on our site at: https://www.waterwindwine.org
