Isaiah 40:4-7In this passage we see prophetic aspects of Christ's second coming. Phrases in verse four and five are parallel to New Testament passages about the Lord's return. Also, God tells Isaiah, "Call out." Isaiah faithfully speaks what the Lord tells him, which is why God continues to speak to Isaiah!
