Sollen wir Spielball derer Kunden sein, die rüpelhaft ohne Respekt und Grenzen aus dem Rahmen fallen? Nein, sicher nicht. Ein Unternehmen steht und fällt mit der  Zufriedenheit Eurer Kunden, macht Euch das klar.
