Santosh Salvi, the CEO and Founder of Unique System Skills, grew his company's revenue from $1.5 million in 2014 to $2.7 million in 2017, an 81% increase, and to around $2.9 million in 2018.   Unique System Skills is a global IT service, staffing and training provider.   In this interview with Eversprint's Malcolm Lui, Santosh shares how he and his team accelerated their high value sales by:   Having a team that shares his vision and passion to work hard and give back to the community.   Building his personal connections with no business agenda of any sort, as he found people will reciprocate in kind.  Maintaining a high quality of service and minimizing the impact to clients whenever something does not go as planned.
