Practical application can revolutionize areas like communication, anger management, conflict resolution, and expressing love and appreciation. Here are some practical steps to get started: 1. **Set Specific, Actionable Goals:** For instance, if the tip is about improving communication, commit to having a daily check-in with your spouse. 2. **Keep a Marriage Journal:** Track your progress and reflect on areas for improvement. 3. **Get Help from a Coach:** A coach like myself can help you apply what you're learning and support you with accountability. Remember, consistent effort and reliance on God's strength are key. Pray together, ask God for wisdom, patience, and love, and apply what you’re learning. Philippians 4:13 says, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." In summary, knowledge without application is like a seed that never gets planted.
