Sometimes they have come on horses in the dark of night. Sometimes they have worn suits and sat in large government or corporate buildings.  Too often, "outrageous" racial incidents begin to shape the narrative and define the limits of tolerance, allowing other forms of racism to recede from the discussion. So, yes, let's remember Tulsa, but it wasn't just Tulsa.
