On a recent road trip stopping at New Haven Style “Sally's Apizza” , the wine list highlighted a selection from Allegrini in Verona known for their Amarone production. Pallazzo Della Torre is Allegini’s so named “Baby Amarone” a more budget friendly offering created under the same technique utilizing dried grapes.
