It's 2023, what's your intention word?

This year is a bit different for me. I don't always set goals or resolutions for the new year but this year I wanted to set something meaningful.  A LEVEL UP WORD OF THE YEAR. For me its JOY, I really want to focus on this and lean and lead with joy in my life more and more these days.
