It's My Birthday and This is What I've Learned this Year

Another trip around the sun and it’s my annual, “What did I learn this year?” reflection time for me. This question changed my life! I love to ask my family and friends this question when it’s their birthday too. “What did you learn this year for this age?” This year I learned how to genuinely and authentically choose me. I constantly ask myself the question, “Am I willing to choose me?” Notice how this question can open up so many possibilities for you and your life. Next time it’s your birthday, ask yourself, “What did I learn this trip around the sun?” and begin to be aware and take stock of how you’re growing and shifting as a person. There is so much to learn.
