“It’s My Fault”

On this episode we talk about taking accountability for ourselves. It’s no one else’s fault that I get upset. A lot of it depends on my reaction. If I react in a bad way, then I’ve just given up power. And often that power is hard to get back. When we respond in negative ways, we forward the energy on. Being more intentional about self love will help with managing our emotions. Exercise also plays a huge role in us being able to manage our feelings. The body is a powerful and amazing vessel. It is not meant to just sit in one place. The body is a machine. When you look at your plants in your home and you give them light and water you are caring for them. You are providing nutrients and love. Our bodies deserve the same level if not more love and light. Even if we are wrong by another individual, we still have a choice and how we respond to them.
