Because sometimes the issue isn’t that we need better systems or prettier containers — it’s that we’re trying to store things that were never meant to stay. From physical clutter to overthinking, outdated identities, and lingering expectations, this conversation invites you to pause and consider what may be occupying space in your life unnecessarily. An unhurried life isn’t built by managing more efficiently.  It’s built by being intentional about what we allow to remain. In this conversation we explore:Why buying containers can create the illusion of productivityThe difference between organizing something and deciding if it belongsHow overthinking can become a mental storage unitThe identities and expectations we sometimes keep long past their seasonWhy pace and capacity are connectedHow making room internally allows us to live more intentionallyThree simple questions to ask before you “buy the container”Reflection Questions:What am I organizing instead of releasing? What thought, role, or expectation no longer belongs in this season? Is this sustaining my peace — or slowing my soul?Support the show

The stigma of mental health within those who serve in the shadow of the cross is something that invokes the stigma of fear. Many of those in the clergy will choose to suffer in their despair rather than reaching out for help. Sometimes those suffering choose to wait until it's too late to get the real help that they need. At Wounded Warriors of the Cross our mission is to lift the stigma and the veil of silence that encompasses clergy mental health and assist those who suffer in silence. Wounded Warriors of the Cross is here to shed the light of Christ's love into those dark places.
