It’s Not About Me

“I’ve got this” can be a dangerous way to live. Pride keeps us from asking for help, receiving correction, and admitting when we’re wrong—often until something finally falls apart. God invites us to trade self-reliance for humility, becoming people who are teachable, honest, and willing to say, “I was wrong. I’m sorry. Will you forgive me?” That kind of humility has the power to bring healing where pride has left things broken.
