In his latest book, Survive the Day, he draws from personal experiences to offer insights into not only surviving each dark day but also living every day in ways that make a person stronger, wiser, and more at peace. Ben has served as chaplain for the Houston Astros and has hosted a nationally syndicated radio talk show. In his free time, he enjoys surfing and practicing Brazilian jiu-jitsu.
