It’s Not The Journey, It’s The Destination

Greetings, and may grace, mercy, and peace be multiplied to you.  We will be in Colossians 2 today. As Christians, we grow in faith and walk through life only to lose focus. Sometimes we drift off in our faith, only to try and double down by trying to be holy. This takes the form of becoming busy in the church, or perhaps scheduled prayer and Bible reading, and trying to follow every commandment that God has given us. But this isn’t what brings us closer to God. He just wants our heart of worship. Changing our actions won’t change our hearts, but if we allow God to change our hearts, then changes in our actions will manifest.
