A ruling from Federal Court Justice Richard Mosley has declared that Justin Trudeau’s use of the Emergencies Act was a serious infringement of constitutional rights. This is vindication in the face of the mainstream media that painted the protesters in an unfavourable light - some media funded by the PMO went so far as to paint them as Nazi’s.
