It's Time to Build Our Faith Attitude

From Job, who didn't falter in his faith, to the psalmist, who tells us to not lose our faith, to St. Paul, who looks at Jesus with the willingness to share in his suffering, the common thread across all the readings is attitude -- faith attitude. That's vital for us and it's something that we need to build up and grow into. In the Gospel, we see Jesus as the divine healer, yet one who retreats away from the crowds so that he could spend time with God -- to be one with the Father. Let's imitate him to get our bearing, so that good can come out of that intimacy with God. -Sunday Homily by Fr. Peter Wee, C.Ss.R. (4 February 2024)
