It's TRIBE's 30th Anniversary!

It's my company's 30th Anniversary! On August 15, 1993 I launched TRIBE as a monthly magazine about DJ Culture and Electronic Music in Canada. TRIBE grew and later became the bible of a massive rave and house music scene, sewing the seeds for Canada's hip hop and house music landscape as it exists today. In this episode I go back to 1993 and describe what Toronto was like, why I launched TRIBE, how we did it, what the brand has become, and how we turned into a luxury jeweler.
