We understand the growth and development of children and the importance of their support through those stages. Yet somehow we get thrown into the deep end once we become grown ups.Midlife crisis may actually be a hallmark for further growth and development. Brene Brown suggests that navigating who we are and filtering through the challenges of life to rediscover our authenticity IS the developmental stage of midlife. We need support through this stage of development just as much as the youth need support.This is my gift to the world: Holding a strong foundation of love to allow a safe space for others to be vulnerable. I have a capacity to hold you until you are strong enough to stand on your own and share your gifts with the world. This is how we grow and lift each other.
