The Future of Cannabis Consumption and It's Not What You Think It is! Jack Sherrie - Founder and CEO of Delta Beverages began working in the hemp industry when he founded Cannavessel Labs in 2018. He became a product expert in the hemp industry and made the transition to beverages as it was the future of the space. Creating Delta Beverages allowed him to be the first to market with a Delta-8 infused seltzer, targeting two large market segments. He leads the company in all necessary avenues; from overarching vision and product management to fiduciary responsibilities. In this conversation with host Denise Griffitts, Jack Sherrie will share why he chose to start a drink product and the science behind nano-encapsulation. In 2018, the federal government legalized the cultivation of hemp and made it legal to produce good from hemp, such as CBD, as long as the hemp plant had a THC content lower than 0.3%. According to Jack, Delta-8 THC is one of the most exciting new cannabinoids doing the rounds.
