Jack also shares his own experience of recovering from foot injuries and the importance of addressing imbalances in the body. In terms of treating soft tissue injuries, he suggests gradually reintroducing movement, addressing joint position, working on soft tissue quality and balance, and re-stabilizing and strengthening the affected area. Jack's goal is to continue helping as many people as possible and expand his business to include in-person coaching and live clinics. In the next five to ten years, he hopes to see his business grow and have a greater reach.
