Jackson Laundry - Virtual Wind Tunnel & Aerodynamics, LPC Triathlon Club, nutrition tips & more!

from The Pacing and Racing Podcast · host The Pacing and Racing Podcast

Today’s guest is Canadian Professional Triathlete; Jackson Laundry.  Now I am excited to talk to Jackson today for so many reasons. First off, he’s a fellow Canadian in Ontario where I am from so I see him on the podium at the odd local race and he's an absolutely phenomenal triathlete. Secondly, he is a STAC Performance athlete which is obviously very fitting for this Podcast, as we are big fans of STAC Performance and their indoor bike trainers on this podcast. Surprisingly enough he also rocks a Blue Seventy wetsuit which is awesome because again, like STAC; we are big Blue Seventy supporters!  He also is a member of the LPC triathlon club which is the 2nd triathlete from the LPC team on the show and he’s also the 2nd of the pro’s that come out of Guelph to be on the show; and as you’ll hear in the episode; Guelph seems to be Ontario’s mecca city for top performing triathletes as of late!  Today’s podcast we will get to hear from him all about his training and racing with the guys from Guelph and the LPC Team and how training in numbers can be beneficial, and we also talk about how he’s dialed in his aerodynamics in cycling by using the STAC Performance Virtual Wind Tunnel! Jackson gives us a ton of takeaways when it comes to training so definitely be sure to grab a pen and paper, and enjoy the episode!
