from Yoga Therapy · host Yoga Therapy

Chef Jacquelyn Jones is a Vegan Chef and Wellness Coach based in Los Angeles, CA. She spent years coping with chronic pain and a misdiagnosed autoimmune disease (she was told she had a herniated disc) before being told by doctors she had Ankylosing Spondylitis. Not ready to give in to the harsh treatment being suggested by her team of healthcare professionals, Jacquelyn took her body and health into her own hands and in just 30 days she reversed all of her symptoms with a plant-based diet. She hasn't turned back since and has used her experience and knowledge to found SolFood Collective and Starving and Single, and she was even featured on a recent Food Network show! She loves sharing her recipes, cooking tips, and more across all social media platforms, and we are so lucky to have her in-studio today for a special EXTENDED interview to discuss all the things.
