Jake Zimmerman, one of three Democrats running for St. Louis County Executive

'St. Louis County government is a mess,' says County Assessor Jake Zimmerman, who explains the reason why he's running to replace the outgoing Sam Page for St. Louis County Executive. He joins Chris and Amy to explain his positions. He points to the turmoil among county elected and the $80 million budget hole. 'If less money is coming in the door than going out the door, you've got a problem,' states Zimmerman. He says the County Council continues to spend dollars that are 'one time' amounts.
