Jam Night 07142009

This weeks Jam Night kicks off with a Bowie song we haven't done in a long time, if ever. We like our Bowie but he's got some tough songs to just "whip out." I guess that's the whole idea. Anyway, we kick out a bunch of standards from there along with a couple other adventurous attempts that went pretty well. Always takes a few songs (beers) to get warmed up but we always manage somehow. We wrap it up with one of our favorite closers of all time, Swingin' Doors. All in all another great Jam Night. But you know what they say -- "The worst night jammin' beats the best night sleepin'." Or something like that. Rock On!! - DJ
