Jam Night 07292008

from The Jam Night Jukebox Radio Hour

We start off this jam night with a song none of us knew very well. But in the usual jam night style, we made it work. Or is that, we worked with what we had, maybe both. Anyway, its the old time classic "Cotton Fields" by none other than Huddie Ledbetter (A.K.A Lead Belly). From that point on we pretty much stayed in the same vein. Among the other songs on the virtual set list were hits like Family Bible, Spider and The Fly, Honkey Tonk Blues and the hits just kept on coming. So despite a late start, we still packed in almost 30 minutes of pure jam-o-rama.Stay tuned for the official release of project one and a few tasty rough mixes of the new project on the members section. And don't be surprised if something (Hmmmm) in this post is the next trivia question to get into the members section. Jam like you mean it. -- DJ
