Jam Night 11012011

Now that I've caught up on the jams I can give a little more attention to these posts and add a little witty banter that I know you've missed so much. Anyhow, we kick off this jam night with a great little Johnny tune (or at least most of us know Johnny's version). The unfortunate part is that we have a much more classic version that doesn't quite match the version we know. So it was a shot in the dark but it turned out ok.We followed up with another classic Johnny tune, a J. J. Cale classic made famous by Lynyrd Skynyrd, an old traditional by Lead Belly covered by just about every classic country artist and a whole lot more including our first ever attempt at Louie Louie. I still don't know the lyrics :)Jam On -- DJ
