Send us your feedback — we’re listening James 1:5 — Ask God for Wisdom: A Prayer for Clear Thinking, Wise Decisions and Jesus-Led Direction Live from London, England — where faith meets the world in daily prayer and global hope. Three Prayer Themes: Wisdom • Discernment • Direction Scripture — James 1:5 (NIV) The morning is moving, and perhaps you have reached a moment where you need wisdom. There may be a decision to make, words you need to choose carefully, or a situation where you simply do not know what to do next. Confusion can become exhausting when we carry it alone. So pause with Jesus. Scripture tells us that if we lack wisdom, we can ask God, who gives generously. We do not have to pretend that we know everything. We can bring our questions into the presence of God and ask Him to lead us. Lord Jesus, give us wisdom today. Help us slow down when pressure makes us rush. Give us discernment when choices are complicated, humility when we need advice and courage when we know the right step to take. Let our decisions be shaped by truth, love and a desire to follow You. We pray for Germany, Kenya and Austria. Give wisdom to families, leaders and communities facing important choices. We remember Belgium, Spain and France. Bring clarity to those navigating change, responsibility and uncertainty. Holy Spirit, make our hearts attentive to Jesus. Help us recognise what is wise and resist voices that pull us away from what is good. Señor Jesús, guía nuestros pasos. Senhor Jesus, dirige o nosso caminho. Panginoong Jesus, turuan Mo kami. This morning we began by running to Jesus as our refuge. Now we ask Him for wisdom. We do not need to see the whole road. We need enough light for the next faithful step. Lord, lead us gently. When we are unsure, keep us close to Jesus, because wisdom is not simply knowing what to do; it is learning to walk with Him. Amen. Blessing: May Jesus guide your thoughts, give you wisdom for every decision and lead you confidently in the way ahead.
