To wrap up the year, we run down on the year we have had, and what a year it has been. It started strong with the new issue which has nearly all sold out, and finished with the launch of this podcast and also a trip to the US to gather more knowledge from minds and bodies who are leading the fields of movement, health and development. We ramble a bit as there is so much we can get excited about, but this one is a short one and we highlight our favorite podcasts of the season and where we are heading for 2019. Enjoy.
