Is American 2.0 loading…?I don’t know what to call what we are seeing. We are seeing poorly trained ICE agents, and extremely violent Customs And Border Patrol federal agents, being allowed or maybe ordered to violate as many constitutional rights as possible when interacting with the public in Minnesota. It seems like their mission has been upgraded to some type of Executive Branch Enforcement agency that’s fully immune from any types of laws or restraints. They are allowed to stop whoever they want to stop and ask you for your identification, to prove to them that you are a citizen or you are in some way permitted to be in this country. As a citizen of the United States, we did not have to prove our citizenship to anyone, unless there was probable cause. We did not have to present identification to any officer on any level that decided to check our identification.
