Friends of the Rosary: In today’s Gospel (St. Mark 1:21-28), Jesus finds in a synagogue a man with an unclean spirit, who cries out, "What have you to do with us, Jesus of Nazareth?Have you come to destroy us?I know who you are—the Holy One of God!"Jesus rebuked him and said,"Quiet! Come out of him!"The unclean spirit convulsed him and with a loud cry came out of him. People possessed with demons were obeying him, to the amazement and astonishment of the people in Galilee. From the first days of His public ministry, Jesus’ messianic power began to be manifested to those who saw and heard Him. Still today, the mystery of the Incarnated Word is beyond human calculation and imagination. Why don’t we accept the infinite power and love of God, as it is described in the Scriptures?
