Japan's New Economic Plan Is to Hire More International Talents

Despite the positive economic projection, internally speaking, Japan is still facing some major economic obstacles, as well as lacking the necessary resources to fill the open positions today. Youths in Japan are quite concerned about the unemployment rate, while the programs in school are not quite preparing for the jobs. Meanwhile, Japanese government rolled out a brand-new program to attract more international talents, young graduates from Southeast Asia nations to help with the economic stability. How should we understand the strategies behind the program? Will Japan recover from the current labor shortage? Is Japan appealing enough for the global talents?
