As a personal trainer, I see it all the time: people show up not wanting to work out, and by the end they’re saying, “I didn’t really want to come in today, but I’m really glad I did.”I talk about the different reasons people exercise - internal drive, social connection, training for a goal, or simply wanting to feel better.
