He has studied and performed with legendary members of the jazz tradition, including Geri Allen, Victor Lewis, Ralph Bowen, Charles Tolliver, Sean Jones, Delfeayo Marsalis, Conrad Herwig, Terence Blanchard, Lewis Porter and Stanley Cowell.
