Currently based out of Brooklyn, New York, Sun has previously lived in Boston, having performed at local venues such as Wally’s Jazz Café and the Beat Hotel. He currently performs with Great On Paper (GOP), a quartet with pianist Isaac Wilson, bassist Simón Willson, and NYC-based drummer Robin Baytas, and Earprint, a chordless quartet with trumpeter Tree Palmedo, Willson on bass, and drummer Dor Herskovits. Neon Jazz is a radio program airing since 2011. Hosted by Joe Dimino and Engineered by John Christopher in Kansas City, Missouri giving listeners a journey into one of America's finest inventions.
