Jessica from Misfits Market & Raven Moonshine Talk Oddities, Community & Metal — The Zach Moonshine Show (10/3/25)

Friday night was one for the books! On this episode of The Zach Moonshine Show, we cracked open a few cold ones and dove into the world of Misfits Market with Jessica, alongside Raven Moonshine, co-owner of Tennessee Metal Devastation Music Fest. The conversation flowed as easily as the drinks — from the creative chaos of the Misfits Market Expo to its growing impact on the local art and metal scenes.Right from the start, the tone was pure underground camaraderie:“So it’s Friday night, and we’re sitting here having some drinks. Are you having some drinks, Jessica?”“Oh yes — Miller High Life, the champagne of beers!”“You gotta hold your pinky out when you drink it!”We talked about how Misfits Market brings together the weird, the wonderful, and the wildly talented — a community of artists, oddity vendors, and metalheads who’ve built something truly special in Jackson, TN. Jessica shared insights about the upcoming Misfits Market Expo 2026, what fans can expect, and how the event has become a launchpad for creative connection in the underground.Jessica also discussed Misfits Market’s continued support of Metal Devastation Fest as both vendor and sponsor, helping fuel the fire for the October 11th event. Raven jumped in to talk about how this partnership strengthens the bond between art, music, and community, saying,“It’s about everyone lifting each other up — that’s what this whole scene is built on.”From skulls and bones to riffs and roars, this episode celebrates the raw, real spirit of DIY creativity. If you love oddities, dark art, and heavy metal culture, this one’s a must-listen.📡 Originally aired LIVE on Metal Devastation Radio — Friday, October 3rd, 2025.#MisfitsMarket #RavenMoonshine #ZachMoonshineShow #MetalDevastationRadio #TMDMF2025 #Oddities #SupportTheUnderground #DarkArt #DIYScene #MetalCommunityGet tickets to the fest here: https://www.hubcityevents.com/events/tennessee-metal-devastation-music-fest-2025-10-11-2025
