Jessica Pamonicutt is the Executive Chef & Owner of Ketapanen Kitchen, Chicago’s first and only Native American Pop-Up Kitchen & Catering Company which has recently started to operate daily at the Field Museum of Chicago. As a chef, Jessica was trained at Le Cordon Bleu School of Culinary Arts. She is an enrolled member of the Menominee Indian Tribe of Wisconsin.
