Along comes someone who did do the law perfectly (Rom 10:4, Matthew 5:17), and is willing to switch places with us (Rom 3:21ff) through his death and resurrection (Rom 3:25), offering his righteousness (Rom 3:22) to all who simply trust him and not ourselves as Savior (Rom 3:27) and are united to him (Rom 7:1-4). So, the only real question is: Do you receive Him (Rom 5:9-13)?
