Jesus Loves Us, So Why Aren't We Loving Him?

Greetings everyone, and may mercy, peace, and love be multiplied to you. We will be in Ephesians 2 today. What does it mean to love? Love is an action, demonstrating that you care enough about someone to put their well being first. Christ did this by suffering and dying on the cross so that we could receive salvation. So why aren't we returning the favor? As Christians, we should love Christ by following His commands and loving one another. That means actually caring about others, not seeking to get even, helping people out, and doing the same things Jesus did during his ministry. God doesn't force us to be faithful, that's the gift He gave us.
