Jesus, the Activist!?
from Gotta B Me Hosted by Sophia and Payton Benion
In this powerful episode, we dive into the truth that Jesus was not passive — He was a divine activist. When the temple was filled with money changers and corruption, He didn’t stand by in silence. He acted. With righteous authority, He turned chaos into cleansing, reminding us that God’s house — and our hearts — were created for prayer, justice, and worship. We’re called to that same higher standard. Christianity isn’t about comfort, compliance, or “good ole boy” traditions — it’s about conviction, courage, and holy disruption. As followers of Christ, we must engage our minds and hearts to discern where and how we can speak truth, confront injustice, and create change in alignment with God’s will.
