近日，济南大学一份“校外人员劳务发放表”引起公众注意。该表格的“留学生生活补助等免税项目”一栏中，数额显示为29000元和30000元不等，并有“元/月”字样，被网友质疑该校每月给每位留学生发放30000元的生活补助。9日下午，济南大学校办一位工作人员回应极目新闻记者称，这张表格照片并未拍全，后面标注了每月的发放金额其实是1000元，目前学校已经对此造谣行为报警。
