Jill Sitnick

from Walk With Me · host Stephanie Bloom

Today's guest, Jill Sitnick, was born unto parents wholly ill-equipped to care for a child. Their trauma manifested her trauma and therein lies the lesson that generational trauma is a serious and present force. She finds a loving companionship after realizing she didn't have to get beaten anymore and made the conscious decision to not have children for several reasons. She found happiness in her career and eventually healing from psychedelics. Her transformation has been so healing, she has made it her mission to promote the better understanding of using altered states of consciousness to physiologically change the body and it's manifestations of PTSD.
