長照並不是老年人專屬的服務，身心障礙者也是一個重要的族群，其中精神病人也面臨老化所需之長期照顧課題，依「長期照顧服務法」：長期照顧服務適用對象，係指身心失能已持續或預期達六個月以上者，所以涵蓋精神疾病失能者。而49 歲以下失能之身心障礙者原本就屬長照 2.0服務對象，「精神病人」當然也在服務範圍，只是目前普遍重視服務老人的資源，忽略了身心障礙者，精障朋友更是長期遭污名化，不易融入於現有長期照護體系。因此如何提供可近、友善的精神病人長期照顧模式？至為重要。 B&B Radio幫幫廣播網李希昌主持《有我照你》 -- Hosting provided by SoundOn
