Jodie & Soda heard the story of the Brigg's family a month ago and wanted to help them. Mother of two Kerry was diagnosed with breast cancer at the age of 33 and now five years later doctors have told her it's unfortunately incurable. Her husband David spoke with Jodie & Soda and said he would love to arrange a tribute in the family's backyard for their kids Caitlin & Lachlan to remember her so along with friends of the show and over $50,000 donations and suppliers jumping on board not only have they created a tribute for Kerry but helped the family to have a beautiful new home. Even with this devastating news, Kerry is still smiling, powering ahead and trying as best she can to remain strong for her family. Kerry has become the ambassador for the Flinders Center for innovation in Cancer.
