An absolute pleasure to welcome Joe Brightman on the podcast. I first met Joe at The Coach Convention . I saw him speak there and I thought, oh, this is an interesting dude. After, I started following him and we began chatting! When I saw he had moved to Dubai I had to get him on the pod.  Joe is an IFBB Pro Classic Physique Bodybuilder who is also a full time online coach & founder of ‘Team Brightman’ who shares a lot of his journey via social media.  On the pod we dive into:  Joe shares his journey from growing up to where he is now  Insights about his childhood, struggles with self-doubt and lack of confidence, and finding fulfilment in bodybuilding.  His reasoning for wanting to start a business, his passion for bodybuilding & his previous jobs  Joe discusses his decision to move from the UK to Dubai, explaining that he believes it will provide a better environment for success and happiness.  Joe also reflects on his previous bodybuilding seasons, expressing that he did not enjoy them and wants to have fun during his upcoming preparation Throughout our conversation, there is an underlying theme of overcoming self-doubt and allowing yourself to dream big without being held back by limiting beliefs.
