Paul Standell: Fears, Anxiety & Insecurities
So this might be the one of, if not the most favourite podcast I have ever shot. And it was actually shot on Paul Standell, the co founder of the PT project, on their podcast. The PT project speak all about biomechanics, training, coaching online, how to get results. So if that's your thing, I would definitely recommend checking it out. But Paul showed he has a huge amount of heart, huge amount of openness, huge amount of vulnerability, and quite frankly, I don't have another politically correct term, but just a huge pair of balls to go to the depths that he did. In the podcast we dive into: What TMP actually is Paul’s fears, anxieties, overwhelm, insecurities, self-doubt, guilt, shame, anger, and sadness. the importance of doing this inner work to achieve psychological freedom and enhance performance. exploring past experiences that have contributed to fears and then how to reframe them with new learnings. Visualising a different future and internalising new beliefs about Paul and his capabilities. Downtime - how to deal with it // how to make the most of it & comparing experiences to Ikea tables (don’t ask!!) Above is just a snippet of the depths we go into in this podcast, really one not to be missed. Click the link in our bio to watch in full.
