Joe Ferrari says nickname has no criminal meaning

Mpumalanga taxi boss Joe "Ferrari" Sibanyoni has told the Madlanga Commission that he strongly denies being part of any criminal organisation, cartel or syndicate. He says he has never directed, financed or taken part in unlawful activities. Sibanyoni also says his nickname, "Joe Ferrari", comes from his lifestyle and has no criminal meaning. He says he previously warned Police Minister about criminal networks and killings in the taxi industry.
