If you’re praying for peaceful sleep tonight, longing for calm after a demanding day or simply wanting to rest in God’s presence, let’s place every concern into the hands of Jesus, who never grows weary of caring for us. John 14:1 (NIV) “Do not let your hearts be troubled. You believe in God; believe also in me.” These words were spoken by Jesus to hearts that were anxious about the future. They still speak with the same power today. His invitation is not to ignore life’s challenges but to trust Him through them. Tonight, let this quiet assurance settle within your soul: fear will not win, because Christ remains faithful, His promises never fail and His peace is greater than every anxious thought. Father, thank You for walking with us throughout this day. Thank You for every moment of grace, every answer we have seen and every prayer You are still unfolding in Your perfect wisdom. Lord Jesus, we place our homes, our families, our health and our future into Your loving care. Bring healing to those who are unwell, comfort to those who feel alone, peaceful rest to those whose minds are weary and renewed hope to everyone facing tomorrow with uncertainty. Help us to sleep in the confidence that You are watching over us. Holy Spirit, surround every home with Your peace, quiet every restless heart and prepare us to welcome a new morning with faith, joy and expectancy. Across the world, from Hobart to Hamilton, from Singapore to Raleigh and Lima, may every listener rest securely tonight, knowing that Christ holds them safely and His perfect love will never let them go.
