I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.” Psalm 46:10 (NIV): “Be still, and know that I am God.” Jesus, as the day begins to settle and the evening draws in, I come before You carrying everything that this day has held. The conversations, the pressures, the responsibilities, and the emotions that have built up—I place them into Your hands. Your peace is not temporary or shallow. It reaches deeper than the surface and settles the heart. You call me to be still, to stop striving, and to rest in the assurance of who You are. So I let go now. I release what I cannot change. I release what I cannot control. I release every burden that I have carried through this day. Jesus, calm my heart. Bring stillness to my mind. Quiet the inner tension and replace it with Your peace. Let every anxious thought give way to rest in Your presence. Jesús, quita toda carga y lléname con Tu paz. Jesus, tira todo o peso e enche-me com a Tua paz. From São Paulo to Manila, from Vancouver to Seville, across every city moving into the evening hours, You are present. You see the full weight of this day, and You invite us to release it into Your care. So I choose stillness. I choose peace. I choose to rest in You and let this day go completely. In Your name, Jesus, I receive Your peace tonight.
