Tonight, Jesus speaks words that reach beyond our circumstances and into the deepest places of our hearts. He does not offer temporary comfort; He offers His perfect peace. John 14:27 (NIV) “Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.” Heavenly Father, thank You for Your loving care throughout this day. As we prepare to rest, we place every worry, every disappointment and every unanswered question into Your faithful hands. Lord Jesus, fill our hearts with the peace that only You can give. Let every anxious thought be replaced with quiet confidence in Your promises. Holy Spirit, surround our homes with Your presence, calm every troubled mind and grant deep, refreshing rest to every listener tonight. When fear tries to disturb our peace, remind us that fear will not win, because Christ has already overcome the world and His peace remains with us. Help us to sleep in the assurance that You are watching over us, working on our behalf and preparing us for a new day filled with fresh mercy.
