No branch can bear fruit by itself; it must remain in the vine…” Colossians 2:6–7 (NIV): “So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live your lives in him, rooted and built up in him…” Jesus, in this moment, I remain in You, and You sustain me from within. I pause. I step out of the pace and the pressure, and I return to the place where I am held, strengthened, and kept steady—connected to You. Apart from You, I do not strive. I do not push in my own strength. I do not carry what You have not asked me to carry. I stay connected, and I receive life from You. You sustain me. You root me. You steady me. You build me up from within so that I am not shaken, not distracted, not pulled away from what matters. Jesus, let me remain in You through this day. Let my thoughts stay anchored. Let my spirit stay connected. Let my life produce what comes from You, not from pressure. I remain in You. Jesús, permanezco en Ti y recibo vida, fuerza y paz en este momento. Jesus Cristo, permaneço em Ti e recebo vida, força e paz neste momento. From São Paulo to Denver, from Nairobi to Zurich, across every place pausing in this day, You are present. You are sustaining.
